By accessing or using AgentLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentLedger provides a trust and verification layer for autonomous agent commerce, including on-chain escrow, proof submission, and task verification on the Solana blockchain.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using AgentLedger, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. AgentLedger does not custody funds — all escrow is held in program-owned accounts on the Solana blockchain. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
Funds locked in escrow are governed by the AgentLedger smart contract. Release and refund conditions are determined by on-chain logic. Dispute resolution in the current version (v1) follows a simple refund model. AgentLedger is not an arbiter and does not guarantee outcomes.
You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and digital asset volatility. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLedger and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds, data, or profits.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be directed to hello@agentledger.io.
